1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the services provided by Urgent Clean Crew (“we”, “our”, “us”), a biohazard and crime scene cleaning company operating in the West Midlands and Birmingham, UK. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer biohazard cleaning, crime scene cleaning, hoarding, trauma, and related cleaning services. These services are provided to both residential and commercial clients and are intended to restore affected areas to a safe, clean, and hygienic condition.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, via phone, or by email.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received (as outlined in the service agreement).
  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless a different arrangement is made in advance.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods as detailed at the time of booking.

4. Service Delivery

  • We will provide the agreed-upon cleaning services in a professional and timely manner. We aim to arrive at the scheduled time and complete the work within the agreed timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
  • Any additional services not specified in the original agreement may incur additional charges.
  • You must provide accurate details about the nature of the cleaning required. If we arrive and the situation is significantly different from what was communicated, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or reschedule the service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost.
  • Rescheduling can be done with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

6. Returns and Refunds

As the services provided by Urgent Clean Crew are bespoke and tailored to individual client needs, we do not offer refunds once the service has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We are committed to providing safe and effective cleaning services. However, due to the nature of biohazard and crime scene cleaning, we cannot guarantee that all hazards will be completely eradicated.
  • We are not liable for any damages to property that may occur during the cleaning process, unless the damage was caused by our negligence.
  • We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and the environment, but we cannot be held responsible for any long-term health effects resulting from the nature of the work we perform.

8. Health and Safety

  • You agree to provide us with full details of any potential hazards or risks present at the cleaning site. This includes the presence of any hazardous materials or conditions that could affect the safety of our team.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if we assess that continuing would pose a risk to the health and safety of our team or others.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information we collect from you will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services, and we will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these T&Cs due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or technical issues.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised T&Cs will apply to all bookings and services provided after the date of publication.
